Mr. Amit Kumar Agrawal
Managing Director
Amit Kumar Agrawal is Managing Director of G-Tech Infra. He has served as CEO and held Executive positions in companies like Rodic Group, IPE Global, A2Z Group and Tetra Tech India in the past. With over 25 years of experience in providing engineering services across various sectors including Highways, Tunnels, Bridges, Urban Infrastructure Management including Water Supply, MSW- Waste to Energy, Sewerage, Drainage and Conservation of Lakes/ Water Bodies including projects funded by Multi Lateral Funding Agencies, he has demonstrated sharp business acumen to drive companies to become market leaders. An engineering graduate with exemplary Project Management skills, he is responsible for overseeing all company operations and ensuring growth, strategic planning and profitability along with diversification of business. He is an active angel investor along with a passion for lending his vocals to chords. Under his leadership, G-Tech Infra has bagged multiple prestigious projects for design engineering of large Bronze Statues, Cable Stay Bridges, Waste to Energy, Inland Waterway Terminals, Smart Cities among others and also recently ventured into Smart Solutions Business.
Mr. Srinjoay Sharma
Director
Srinjoay Sharma is an accomplished global executive with experience spanning multiple sectors from smart solutions to real estate to media and across diverse geographies. Most recently, he served as Co-head for a Spanish infrastructure & management services firm EPTISA Servicios in India where he built the government advisory & services practice from ground-up and has also worked in the Middle East and North America. Previously, he has held leadership roles and brings more than 17 years of experience in strategy, go-to-market & operations with an extensive understanding of evolving policy landscapes and project finances. Srinjoay is adept in structuring and closing opportunities both in the Government and Private Sector and has managed assets worth more than $2 Billion through engagements with federal nodal agencies, Municipalities, Development Authorities, World bank and ADB both in the transportation and water sector He has been a key member of India’s Smart City Mission program and in execution and planning of large tunnels including the Z-Morh and Zojila tunnel. Srinjoay is an alumnus of Institute of Science, BHU and IMT, Ghaziabad and has worked with Thomson Reuters Corporation and CNBC.

Manisha is the voice of G-Tech Infra and engages with policy think tanks, industry bodies and media organisations to create synergies between organizational goals, brand positioning and stakeholder perception to advance business development opportunities including reputation management. She strives to enhance brand perception through tactical and strategic public relation communication, media relations, digital communication, content generation and thought leadership. And, undertakes the firm's corporate social responsibility by engaging with charitable organisations. Manisha has more than 20-years of experience in a broad spectrum of fields from telecom to banking and is a ISO:9001 trained professionals with extensive stints in organisations such as IBM Daksh, Modi Connect, Jet King and Citibank where she led communications & customer support initiatives to a more externally focused and sustainable enterprise. A post graduate in English Literature along with Masters in Mass Communications, she loves to travel and explore offbeat destinations, which she claims is the source of her creativity and ideas.

Cable Stayed Bridge /Extra Dosed Bridge Design Expert
Mr. Mario is renowned Cable Stay Bridge Design Expert from Milan, Italy and associated with G-Tech Infra for last 5 years for providing specialist technical consultancy services for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision support for large Cable Stayed Bridges in India. Mr. Mario’s key specialization lies in the field of steel and concrete structures, bridges and special steel structures for bridge construction, use of sustainable materials for the development of low cost constructions and infrastructures. He was responsible for the design of many important projects of large special structures like the Ati Hangar in Naples, the largest span in Italy. He was also associated with construction of the Storebaelt Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in Europe, the second longest in the world. In India also, Mr. Mario had provided technical and supervision support for cable stayed bridge prestigious projects including: Signature Bridge at Wazirabad, New Delhi (Cable Stay Portion: 575m); Cable-Stayed Bridge over River Ganga between Sultanganj & Aguwani Ghat at Bihar,India (Cable Stay Portion: 550m) and Proposed Cable Stay Bridge on Damanganga River at U.T. Daman ( Cable Stay Portion: 446m). Mr. Mario possesses Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and had been author of various articles and publications on pipeline, girder, cable stayed and suspension bridges as well as on construction methods, and is author of patents on constructional methods. He is a member of various international professional organizations on bridge and structural engineering.
Dr. Ashok K. Rathoure
(M.Tech., Ph.D.) – Environmental Expert – Blue Economy
Dr. Ashok K. Rathoure is a highly accomplished environmental scientist and technical expert, with over two decades of extensive experience spanning both industry and academia. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. in Environmental Sciences, complemented by an M.Sc. in Environmental Biotechnology. Recognized for his multidisciplinary expertise, Dr. Rathoure specializes in Marine Biology, Ecology & Biodiversity, Water Quality Management, Pollution Control, and Solid & Hazardous Waste Management. He is a NABET-certified EIA Coordinator across five critical sectors and has successfully led numerous Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. He has served as an expert consultant on several prestigious national and international initiatives, including World Bank- and ADB-funded assignments. His contributions as the Marine Expert for the Kalpasar Project—focused on ecological feasibility—stand out in his portfolio. Dr. Rathoure is a prolific academician, having authored 100+ peer-reviewed research papers and edited or published 50+ scientific books. He serves as a reviewer for top-tier journals and holds editorial leadership roles in prominent environmental publications, including:

Dr. Madhuri Kandalkar
Senior Environmentalist
Dr. Madhuri is a highly accomplished Senior Environmentalist with over 15 years of experience in environmental chemistry, sustainable practices, scientific research, and regulatory compliance. Her multidisciplinary expertise—spanning Chemistry, Zoology, Law, Education, and environmental science—makes her a cornerstone of the organization’s commitment to creating climate-resilient and ecologically sustainable infrastructure. Holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry Dr. Madhuri has conducted extensive research on the green synthesis and biological evaluation of benzothiazepine derivatives, her research is published in peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed publications and international conferences. She has served as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at reputed institutions where she mentored students in environmental impact analysis, green chemistry, aquaculture and fisheries, fish biotechnology, bio-safety and ethics in science, animal biotechnology, and computer applications and biostatics. Complemented by a degree in law, she adeptly interprets environmental regulations and supports projects in meeting national and international compliance standards. Currently contributing to a flagship project on the Blue Economy she is a strategic force in the implementation of environmentally responsible practices within the scope of India’s Blue Economy. She advises on sustainable practices in chemical processes, waste management, environmental education, and stakeholder engagement.
Aman Verma
O&M Head – Uttar Pradesh, BharatNet 3 Project
Aman Verma is a seasoned telecom operations and engineering professional with over 22 years of hands-on experience in OFC planning, network operations, and large-scale infrastructure maintenance. Currently serving as State O&M Head – Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Verma oversees the end-to-end operation and maintenance of more than 1,700 km of optical fiber network, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, optimal uptime, and seamless network performance. Aman’s career spans leadership roles at Tata Communications Ltd., Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd., and other leading telecom infrastructure organizations. His core expertise lies in NLD backbone operations, SDH/DWDM transmission equipment, FTTX and intracity network planning, and network engineering. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in expanding and maintaining high-capacity telecom routes across key regions including Delhi, UP West, Gurgaon, and Himachal. He is known for his methodical approach to O&M, vendor coordination, and route optimization, having led projects involving Alcatel, Huawei, NEC, and Tejas transmission systems. His background also includes significant experience with ROW (Right of Way) management, fiber route surveys, and link fault management, ensuring high availability and low MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) across networks. Aman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and has received multiple industry recognitions, including the Extra Mile Award, Blue Ribbon Award, and R&R Award for his exceptional contributions to network stability and cost-efficient operations. With a deep understanding of telecom ecosystems and a commitment to excellence, Aman Verma continues to be a driving force in strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s digital infrastructure.
Rajendra T. Chaudhari
Network Planning Head – Uttar Pradesh, BharatNet 3 Project
Rajendra T. Chaudhari is a seasoned telecom professional with over 24 years of strategic and technical experience in network architecture, wireline engineering, and process transformation. As the Network Planning Head for Uttar Pradesh under the BharatNet 3 project, he plays a pivotal role in driving the planning, design, and optimization of India’s most ambitious rural broadband initiative. With a career spanning leadership roles at top-tier telecom firms such as Reliance Jio, Tech Mahindra, Hughes Telecom, and OneOTT (Hinduja Group), Rajendra brings unmatched expertise in both active and passive wireline domains. His specialization includes GPON-based FTTH networks, FTTx rollouts, OSS/BSS architecture, and end-to-end network planning for enterprise and public connectivity. Rajendra is instrumental in creating detailed, scalable network designs that align with BharatNet’s mission of bridging the digital divide across UP’s rural and semi-urban regions. His responsibilities encompass strategic network blueprinting, GIS-based inventory planning, material forecasting, and coordination with engineering and field teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. He is also highly experienced in process automation, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership, having managed multi-city deployments for public Wi-Fi, leased lines, and enterprise-grade fiber connectivity. His ability to deliver precision-driven network frameworks has earned him accolades across the telecom industry. Rajendra holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication and postgraduate qualifications in Operations Management, along with certifications in ITIL V4, Six Sigma, and SAFe Agile Product Management. Mr. Edara Sreenivas Rao
PMO/MIS Head – UP, BharatNet 3 Project
Edara Sreenivas Rao is a seasoned telecommunications expert with over 36 years of experience in optical fiber communication and large-scale digital infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the MIS Head for Uttar Pradesh under the BharatNet 3 initiative, he plays a crucial role in overseeing management information systems, data analytics, and operational reporting for India's flagship rural broadband program. With an exceptional career spanning leadership roles at NetOps Fiber Solutions as CEO and Tera Software as VP Projects, Rao brings unparalleled expertise in end-to-end OFC deployment, network optimization, and project execution. His technical mastery is evident in his successful implementation of over 30,000 km of optical fiber networks and establishment of more than 2,500 Points of Presence across various projects, including the groundbreaking AP FiberNet and TANFINET initiatives. As a consultant for major telecom players like Reliance Jio, TATA, and Airtel, Rao has demonstrated his ability to deliver complex turnkey solutions. His current focus in BharatNet 3 involves developing robust monitoring systems, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining reporting mechanisms to track the progress of fiber deployment across Uttar Pradesh's 75 districts. An alumnus of Agra University with postgraduate qualifications in Computer Management and HR, Rao combines technical excellence with strategic vision, making him instrumental in bridging India's digital divide and transforming policy objectives into tangible connectivity outcomes. Sanjay Sharma
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Right of Way (ROW) Head, BharatNet 3 – UP East & West
Sanjay Sharma brings over 25 years of dynamic leadership in telecom, infrastructure, and corporate affairs to his role as Head of CRM and ROW for the BharatNet 3 project across Uttar Pradesh East and West. At the forefront of one of India’s most ambitious rural broadband initiatives, Mr. Sharma is responsible for overseeing customer engagement, resolving critical right-of-way challenges, and ensuring seamless collaboration with public and private stakeholders. His strategic capabilities were honed through his tenure as Vice President – Corporate Affairs at A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd., where he led telecom business development, key account management, and regulatory liaison for government and enterprise projects. Mr. Sharma excels in cross-functional project execution, from budgeting and manpower planning to tender documentation and fiscal oversight. With a keen focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and high-impact delivery, Mr. Sharma plays a pivotal role in driving the timely and efficient rollout of BharatNet's digital infrastructure across two of India’s most populous regions.
Manoj K. Ojha
Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M), UP East
With over two decades of experience in managing large-scale telecom and renewable energy infrastructure, Manoj K. Ojha serves as the O&M Head for Uttar Pradesh East. A proven leader in operations, he oversees preventive and corrective maintenance across fiber networks, energy systems, and mission-critical telecom equipment. Mr. Ojha has previously held leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Jio, and Viom Networks, where he directed the deployment and maintenance of over 85,000 km of optical fiber and managed infrastructure at more than 36,000 sites. His expertise spans solar plant operations, lithium-ion battery systems, diesel generator maintenance, and resource allocation strategies. Renowned for his ability to reduce OPEX through smart workload assessments and systemized maintenance, he has consistently elevated regional performance metrics, improved network uptime, and ensured cost-effective service delivery. Under his leadership, UP East has seen measurable improvements in operational benchmarks and service continuity, solidifying its status as a top-performing region.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management Head, Uttar Pradesh
Ashima Kharbanda is a highly accomplished professional with over 14 years of experience in supply chain management, commercial planning, and financial governance within the telecom sector. As Head of P&C and SCM for Uttar Pradesh, she leads critical functions that ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic alignment with business objectives. Ashima’s career has spanned several leadership roles at Vodafone Idea Ltd., where she was instrumental in managing Opex procurement, contract renewals, inventory control, and commercial compliance across multi-circle operations. Her approach blends analytical precision with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring that supply chain processes are not only efficient but also audit-compliant and scalable. Gaurav Singh
State Construction Head – UP West Circle
Gaurav Singh is a results-driven infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience in executing prestigious large-scale projects across the telecom, oil & gas, and railway sectors. Currently serving as the State Construction Head for the UP West Circle, he leads the full spectrum of fiber infrastructure deployment and utility construction activities across one of India's most operationally demanding regions. A specialist in project lifecycle management, Gaurav has successfully overseen the construction of over 57,300 kilometers of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks and around 1,88,800 kilometers of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) for O&M. He has installed more that 1995 Towers across India . His core strengths lie in strategic planning, risk management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring that every project aligns with both organizational objectives and field-level realities. Gaurav’s role includes managing on-ground execution, vendor management, compliance, manpower deployment, and stakeholder liaison for smooth project rollout. He is highly adept at navigating the complexities of statutory approvals, ROW permissions, and customer interfacing—skills that are vital for maintaining the momentum of projects like BharatNet and CGD initiatives in rural and urban settings. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles with Dinesh Engineers Ltd., Reliance Jio, Polycab, and Tally Telecom, where he led multi-region infrastructure builds for clients such as Bharti Airtel, Torrent Gas, and Indradhanush Gas. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of IT, along with certifications in ITIL and Project Management, which support his process-oriented and structured approach to execution.
